Welcome to ONDAY. By accessing or purchasing from onday.com.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products

ONDAY Energy Strips are food products sold for general consumption by adults. Our products are not therapeutic goods and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. ONDAY is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging may vary slightly from images shown.

3. Eligibility

By purchasing from ONDAY, you confirm that:

- You are 18 years of age or older
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You are not sensitive to caffeine
- You have read and understood the product directions and warnings
- You are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

5. Pricing

All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout.

6. Shipping

Standard tracked shipping is available on all orders within Australia at a flat rate of $8.00. Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $14.00. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on onday.com.au including text, images, logos, and branding is the property of ONDAY ORAL STRIPS and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, ONDAY ORAL STRIPS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
