Welcome to ONDAY. By accessing or purchasing from onday.com.au, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them before placing an order.

1. About us

2. Our products

ONDAY Energy Strips are food products sold for general consumption by adults. They are not therapeutic goods and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. ONDAY is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

Each strip contains 100mg of caffeine and 75mg of L-theanine. Do not exceed 2 strips in 24 hours.

Product images are for illustration. Actual packaging may vary slightly from the images shown.

3. Who can buy

By purchasing from ONDAY you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You are not sensitive to caffeine
  • You have read the product directions and warnings
  • You are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use

4. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, and will refund you in full if we do.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not store your card details. By placing an order you authorise us to charge the total shown at checkout.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any GST payable is included in the price shown — the price you see is the price you pay, plus shipping where it applies. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout.

6. Shipping

We ship within Australia only. One-time orders are charged a flat $4.95 for shipping. Subscription deliveries are shipped free. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

ONDAY is sent as letter post, which does not include tracking. Delivery estimates are estimates only. If your order does not arrive within 10 business days of dispatch we will resend it free of charge; if the resend also fails to arrive we will refund you in full. 7. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription at checkout:

  • Your card is charged automatically for each delivery, at the price and frequency shown at checkout (every 4 weeks).
  • The subscription price and discount are shown before you confirm your order.
  • You can pause, skip, reschedule or cancel at any time from your account, with no fees and no minimum number of deliveries.
  • Cancelling before your next billing date stops all future charges. Cancelling does not refund a delivery that has already been dispatched.
  • Discount codes for one-time purchases do not apply to subscription orders.
  • We will tell you in advance if a subscription price changes, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

8. Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. Full detail is in our Returns & Refunds Policy. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on onday.com.au, including text, images, logos and branding, is the property of ONDAY and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, ONDAY is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website, and our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
