Where We Ship
We currently ship to all addresses within Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Rates
We offer two shipping options for all orders within Australia:
- Standard shipping โ $3.50 flat rate (on orders under $20)
- Free shipping โ free on all orders $20 and over
Both options are tracked. The shipping cost is added at checkout.
Processing Time
This is a pre-order. Orders are dispatched from the first week of July. After launch, orders are processed within 1โ2 business days of payment confirmation; orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Sydney Metro: 1โ3 business days
- NSW Regional: 2โ5 business days
- VIC, QLD, SA: 3โ6 business days
- WA, TAS, NT: 5โ10 business days
These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to track your parcel through the carrier's website.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout โ we cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@onday.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
