We want you to love ONDAY. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not happy with your ONDAY order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will offer a full refund or replacement. No questions asked.

To initiate a return or refund, email us at support@onday.com.au with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

You don't need to send opened product back — for food safety we never resell returned stock, so we'll process your refund or replacement from your order details.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided:

- The product is unused and in its original, sealed packaging
- You contact us before returning the product
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major failures, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept physical returns of the following (our 30-day satisfaction guarantee above still applies — no return needed):

- Opened or partially used products
- Products not in their original packaging
- Products that have been stored improperly

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
